By accessing and using ShuttleMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ShuttleMatch is a platform that connects badminton trainees with badminton coaches in the Philippines. We facilitate discovery and communication between coaches and trainees but are not a party to any training arrangement.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register as a coach. Trainees under 18 must have a parent or guardian register on their behalf.
Coaches must provide truthful information about their qualifications, BWF coaching level, achievements, and experience. Misrepresentation of credentials may result in account suspension or termination.
ShuttleMatch displays coaching rates for informational purposes only. All payments are arranged directly between coaches and trainees. ShuttleMatch does not process, handle, or guarantee any payments.
Users must not: use the platform for harassment, spam, or illegal activities; impersonate others; share false or misleading information; or attempt to circumvent platform security.
You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, messages, photos). By posting content, you grant ShuttleMatch a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
ShuttleMatch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the quality of coaching services, injuries during training, or disputes between users. Use the platform at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
